Jewel-tone hues have dominated red carpet lips and nails this season, but we’re loving Jessica Biel’s spin on the trend who wore a burgundy liner and mascara by Chanel to the Hitchcock premiere in N.Y.C. "Jessica has the most beautiful green eyes so I wanted to make them stand out," Biel's makeup artist Kayleen McAdams said of the starlet's peepers. "Deep, wine-toned lips have been popular this season so I decided to play on that by using a burgundy liner and mascara on her eyes to make her eyes really pop." Using a creamy, deep cherry hue along the top and bottom lids, McAdams lined and then smudged to soften the look. After curling, Adams applied two coats of a deep rouge on both the top and bottom lashes to finish the look.
