Perhaps as a nod to the seasonal flurries to come, Miranda Cosgrove used a shimmery white shadow on the inner corners of her eyes to play off of the winter white tones in her dress. A touch of sparkle placed around your tear duct is a fun way to give your makeup a festive twist, and the light-reflecting glitters give the illusion of space to close-set eyes. Make like Cosgrove and add a soft white or silver onto your inner corners, then blend the shade underneath your brow bone to finish. While we love an ultra-sparkly finish, the glitter should be concentrated on your eyes—not the rest of your face. Applying the product in a sweeping motion will cause tiny flecks of shimmer to fall onto your foundation, so press the shadow on with a flat brush to avoid this.
