Blue Pink Lipstick
"Since Camilla Belle was wearing all navy, I thought a burst of color would be striking," said makeup artist Brett Freedman on the look he created for the star at the Chanel & Charles pre-Oscar dinner in Los Angeles. "We toyed with red but felt it would be too grown up with the dress—Camilla wanted to add a girly, playful vibe." Freedman's solution? A true blue pink lipstick, which worked imperceptibly with her dress. "She dabbed it on and used it almost like a stain throughout the evening," Freedman says.
