At the Benefit For The Motion Picture & Television Fund, Catherine Zeta-Jones' makeup artist, Brett Freedman, conjured up a matte, candy pink confection lip color to keep her womanly look for the night a bit on the sweeter side. "Catherine loved the color but thought it would read better on the red carpet with a little more depth and shine," says Freedman. To keep the color crisp, he dabbed a touch of concealer along her lip line. Then, he powdered, lined and filled in her entire mouth with a fleshy shade of pink. Freedman adds, "I had her blot her lips and then top it off with a deeper plum berry shimmer gloss for a touch of drama. It was her idea. She was spot on, it turned out beautifully!"
