All Over Highlights
When we think highlights, most of us picture thin ribbons of color throughout the hair. But take Jennifer Aniston's look at the Just Go With It premiere in New York City. She doesn't have a single process hue, and she doesn't have basic highlights. Instead, the star opts for a few different shades—honey, pale blond and caramel—woven throughout the entire head.
