Perfect Cat-Eye Liner
Lauren Conrad's makeup artist Amy Nadine has helped the star perfect her precise stripes of liquid eyeliner. Take the look they created for an Us Weekly party in Hollywood. "I dragged the tip lightly across the lashline upward and outward towards the end of her brow," Nadine said. "The harder you press the tip, the thicker the line, so start with light pressure than gradually press harder as you travel across towards the outer corners." Nadine finished with two coast of very black mascara and tucked in a few individual lashes in the outer corners to complement the winged effect.
