When it comes to colorful eye makeup, there's a fine line between sexy and circus clown. To get it right like Rachelle Lefevre did here, first line your eyes with black pencil followed by a bright blue pencil. Then sweep your choice of blue matte shadow over your lids. Avoid getting close to the brows, which can look too theatrical. As a finishing touch, dust silver shadow on the inner corners and below the bottom lashline to brighten your eyes.
