INSIDER TRICK: Using CoverGirl Eye Enhancers in Ice Princess, Fine applied the eggplant shadow to the crease of the eye and underneath it for definition. He paired that with an opalescent beige shadow on the lid to open up the eye. He finished with eyeliner on the top for definition and "tons of lashes."
