GET THE LOOK: "Bright primary colors are so in for clothes right now, but you should diffuse them for your makeup," advises makeup artist Natalie DiStefano of the Rita Hazan Salon in NYC. "Easter yellow is too full force, distracting and unflattering," says DiStefano, who recommends hues with shimmer to dilute the shade.
INSIDER TRICK: One word: Cream. "Straight yellow powder can look chalky, so look for a cream shadow you can easily spread and control," adds DiStefano.
