"First tame frizz by blow-drying hair with a boar-bristle brush. Then, whether your hair is wavy or straight, spritz on a shine spray," says N.Y.C. hairstylist Boris Alishayev.
INSIDER TRICK: After you shampoo and condition hair, rinse it with Evian water. The pH will force your hair cuticles to lay flat and reflect more light, advises Alishayev.
