GET THE LOOK: "There's a soft sweetness to her eyes. They have a lot of depth," Chanel makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua says of Minka Kelly. To give Kelly's gaze extra dimension, Bua used a teak-hued eye liner to rim top lashines, inside the lower lashlines and along the outer edges of lower lashes. Then she set liner by brushing on neutral earthtone shadows from Chanel's eye shadow quad in Dunes. "These shades create a soft glowing smoky eye, not harsh or heavy," adds Bua.
INSIDER TRICK: Bold liner looks naked without similarly bold lashes: Give eyes added depth by coating both upper and lower lashines with two coats of volumizing mascara.
