Try mixing a drop of liquid shimmer in with your regular foundation. Combine the two on the back of your hand and then smooth on in small circles with a makeup sponge. Keep the fluid texture in mind when choosing the rest of your makeup: Crème shadows and blush will keep things dewy, not chalky.
