Healthy Straight Hair
Stick straight hair that still manages to look silky is on everyone's wish list. Olivia Wilde's hair pro, David Babaii created this glossy style for her Los Angeles premiere of The Change Up without even using a flatiron! He started by smoothing pequi oil—derived from pequi fruit, it's known as the beauty secret of the Amazon rainforest—through wet hair. "It blocks out humidity for straight hair that lasts all night long," explains Babaii. He gave Wilde's bangs a game-day trim and then blew them dry with a small round brush to create a slight curve into the eyebrows. We love the way her high-shine hair highlights her dimensional color.
