When you've got short hair like Krysten Ritter and her bob, sometimes pulling it off your neck can seem near impossible. But at a Chateau Marmont luncheon in Los Angeles, the star chose a high, bouncy look right at the crown of the head, which smartly worked to further elongate her swan-like neck. If you've got short hair but want to try a pony, keep two things in mind: First, bobby pins are key for securing stray hairs that don't reach the base of your elastic. And secondly, add volume. Curling, twisting, or waving the short strands will help your pony look more voluptuous than it really is.
