Light Gold Shadow
At a PaleyFest 2011 True Blood event in Beverly Hills, Anna Paquin rimmed her eyes with black kohl liner, but then gave the look a touch of light by smudging on a cool, yellowy gold shadow on the top and bottom lashlines. All golds are not created equal—choose based on your skintone to get the most impact. Fair skinned beauties like Paquin look great with mellow tones; darker complexions can handle richer, more gilded shades.
