Late '60s Eyelashes
"For me, January Jones's look is all about those late '60s eyelashes," said makeup artist Rachel Goodwin, who worked with the star for the Chanel and Charles finch pre-Oscar party. "Her dress had a bohemian, '60s feel to it so ran with it." Goodwin layered different lengths of individual lashes on top of a stripe of black liquid liner for an impactful look that still felt soft.
