Navy Blue Eyeliner
At the premiere of Rango in Los Angeles, Isla Fisher kept her eyes bare, save for a swipe of iridescent navy blue eyeliner on her bottom lashline. There's something moody and alluring about makeup on the bottom lashes only. To try the look, first glide your pencil along the inner rim of your lid (also called the waterline), then follow by pushing the tip of the liner up into your lashes. It may feel awkward, but the results are worth the extra effort.
