When it's ice cold outside, there's nothing better than warm, shimmery skin. Take Rachel Bilson's look at the premiere of Waiting for Forever in Los Angeles. Rather than layering on loads of eye makeup or a bold lip shade, the actress chose to highlight her cheekbones with a generous dose of iridescent peach-toned blush. A creamy formula looks more natual in winter months—and if you don't have a perfect blush, a dab of lipstick would work, too.
