At the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, Ashley Greene kept her look fittingly young and fresh by skipping a serious smokey eye, and turning to shades of blue instead. To play with a similar concept, blend a deep navy shadow up to the crease, flicking outwards a bit at the corners of the eyes. Then rim below your bottom lashline with an icy azure. The result is moody, but not overly austere.
