Dianna Agron's skin looked downright luminous at the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards—thanks in part to a special technique from her makeup artist, Marina Gravani. "I started with a base of silky foundation in a medium ivory tone," she said. "But for a natural, semi-matte finish I followed with a dusting of translucent powder." However, rather than applying it with a traditional brush, the makeup artist pressed on the powder with a velour puff for a softer, more uniform application.
