For the 2010 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, Leighton Meester accentuated her deep chestnut eyes with flecks of blue. "We wanted a celestial glow with a smidge of an edge," said COVERGIRL makeup artist Molly R. Stern, who created the look. She smoothed on a creamy taupe formula as a base, then topped it with glittery silver shadow and a thick swipe of blue liquid liner. "Two coats of brown mascara was the perfect finish," said Stern.
