"Since Eva Mendes was watching a Faye Dunaway movie, I thought this hairstyle was perfect," said Steeve Daviault, who created the look for a screening of Network in West Hollywood. He gathered Mendes's hair into a high ponytail, swept her bangs across her forehead and allowed a few loose pieces to slip out around the star's face. "I wanted her to look fresh. This seemed like the perfect wink to the '70s," he said.
