Makeup artist Tina Turnbow had weightlessness on the mind when she prepared Vera Farmiga for the Up in the Air premiere in Los Angeles. "Her dress was ephemeral. I wanted her makeup to accentuate her beautiful features, while keeping that simple, effortless air," she says. She blended lightweight foundation onto her face and rosy blush on her cheeks. "I also added a soft baby pink to highlight her cheekbones," says Turnbow. Her real secret weapon? A mist of hydrating spray. "It sets the makeup and gives a finishing glow."
