Want the sexiness of a cat eye without full-throttle Cleopatra? Ginnifer Goodwin got it exactly right at a screening of The September Issue in Los Angeles. Her makeup artist, Rachel Goodwin, sketched black liquid liner along the top lashline. "I kept the line very thin—the edginess comes from extending the color way out at the corner," she says. Goodwin finished by tucking in a few clusters of individual fake lashes, topping with black mascara—and leaving the bottom lashes completely bare.
