For me, women are even more sexy when they are leaving," said legendary makeup artist Tom Pecheux, who created a sultry, retro smoldering eye for Halston with a pop of iridescent shadow on top. "The eyes look a little more smudgy and yummy," he added.
INSIDER TRICK: To get a smoky eye with a hint of shimmery intrigue, Pecheux mixed black and brown shadows (MAC shades in Carbon and Lucky Tom). He topped the lids with a dusting of black iridescent sparkles.
