GET THE LOOK: Makeup artist Troy Jensen wanted to use a little of what will be hot for fall in Kristen Bell's scintillating look. "I did smoky eyes with a touch of metallic to pop this fall's earthy hues," he says. "And they looked great with her bright blue eyes."
INSIDER TRICK: Jensen applied Nars Paper Tiger (a warm brown) and Nars Savage (a bronze-gold) cream shadows to the entire eye. "I blended them onto the eyelid and around the entire eye into an almond shape," he says. "Then I went over with a glittery shadow—Too Faced Firefly." He finished the eyes with DiorShow mascara and a strip of faux lashes.
